MOTORCYCLE Public Rides

1. Before the ride, each participant is required to fill in a registration form – contract.
2. Public rides are for regular motorcycles with assigned registration plates only. Motorcycles must comply with the rules of the road according to the technical certificate. No modifications outside of the approved homologation sheet are allowed. The registration plate must be visibly placed on the motorcycle at all times.
3. Participants in public rides must have a valid driver’s license.
4. As part of its preventive duty within the meaning of § 2900 zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, AMD recommends the participant the maximum speed limit of 90 km/h.
5. The sale of rides until the capacity is reached (45 stints) is online. The remaining rides go on sale directly at the ticket office on the day of the public ride.
6. Participants will be allowed to enter the area at 4:30 PM (in the case of early evening rides). Parking is reserved for participants in front of the GRID restaurant. The participant is obliged to respect and follow the instructions of the attendants. Toilets for participants are located behind the restaurant.
7. Registration of rides (sticker distribution) starts on the day of the public rides from 5 PM at the ticket office inside the area.
8. The form must be completed in duplicate (can be original + copy) properly in all the details mentioned. Both copies of the contract will be presented to the designated staff member at the ticket office. Both copies will be approved and one copy will be returned to the participant. When presenting the contract for approval, the participant is obliged to present the identity card/driver’s license for verification upon request. By signing the contract, the participant guarantees the accuracy of the completed data.
9. The ride purchased in the online presale must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the start of the ride. If it is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be offered to the next attendee and the ride will be forfeited with no right to change the date or time of the ride.
10. Gift certificate holders without a date do not automatically have a reserved ride.
11. Participants must respect and follow the instructions of the AMD staff and the flag signalling on the race track. Traffic on the race track is monitored by race control and recorded. An undisciplined participant will be immediately disqualified from the ride for disregarding instructions. In the event of disregard of the instructions, the organizer is also entitled to terminate the ride immediately, without refunding the fee to the participants.
12. Under no circumstances are public riders allowed in the paddock, the area in front of the pits, or near the pit wall.
13. A co-rider is not allowed on a motorcycle while riding.
14. The participant is required to submit to a random alcohol breath test upon request. Anyone who fails to comply with the conditions set out in the “AGREEMENT ON INDIVIDUAL RIDING ON RACING TRACK” will not be admitted to the race track.
15. The maximum capacity of the track for public rides is 45 motorcycles per stint.
16. Participants must follow the Visiting Rules.
17. Due to bad weather, AMD has the right to cancel any date for the drive / ride, mentioned in paragraph 1.1., or to prevent the participant from driving/riding, and to suggest to the participant that they move or complete the ride at another time. AMD also has the right to interrupt or terminate any session without compensation due to bad weather, a sudden event on the track, an accident and/or liquidation of the consequences of an accident or similar cases that make driving impossible or lead to a reduction in safety on the Racing Circuit. Those cases of not allowing or preventing a drive/ride are not a breach of this agreement by AMD and the participant does not have any rights or claims against AMD as a result. The parties expressly agree that bad weather, impassability of the track, accidents and/or liquidation of the consequences of the accident are circumstances excluding liability for the performance or non-performance of this contract are circumstance excluding liability for the performance or non-performance of this contract according to § 2913 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code (so-called force majeure).

During public rides all participants must follow flag signals of the track marshals:

Red flag

The ride has been stopped. Everyone must slow down considerably and get to the exit place close to the winners’ podium (always in the direction of the ride).

Yellow flag

Danger. Everyone must slow down and get ready to stop. Overtaking is prohibited until a green flag emerges.
