CAR Public Drives

1. Before the drive, each participant is required to fill in a registration form – contract.
2. Public drives are for regular vehicles with assigned registration plates only. Vehicles must comply with the rules of the road according to the technical certificate. No modifications outside of the approved homologation sheet are allowed. The registration plate must be visibly placed on the vehicle at all times.
3. Participants in public drives must have a valid driver’s license.
4. As part of its preventive duty within the meaning of § 2900 zák. č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, AMD recommends the participant the maximum speed limit of 90 km/h.
5. The sale of drives until the capacity is reached (45 stints) takes place online. The remaining drives go on sale directly at the ticket office on the day of the public drives.
6. Participants will be allowed to enter the area at 4:30 PM (in the case of early evening drives). Parking is reserved for participants in front of the GRID restaurant. The participant is obliged to respect and follow the instructions of the attendants. Toilets for participants are located behind the restaurant.
7. Registration of drives (sticker distribution) starts on the day of the public drives from 5 PM at the ticket office inside the area.
8. The form must be completed in duplicate (can be original + copy) properly in all the details mentioned. Both copies of the contract will be presented to the designated staff member at the ticket office. Both copies will be approved and one copy will be returned to the participant. When presenting the contract for approval, the participant is obliged to present the identity card/driver’s license for verification upon request. By signing the contract, the participant guarantees the accuracy of the completed data.
9. The drive purchased in the online presale must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the start of the drive. If it is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be offered to the next attendee and the drive will be forfeited with no right to change the date or time of the drive.
10. Gift certificate holders without a date do not automatically have a reserved drive.
11. Participants must respect and follow the instructions of the AMD staff and the flag signalling on the race track. Traffic on the race track is monitored by race control and recorded. An undisciplined participant will be immediately disqualified from the drive for disregarding instructions. In the event of disregard of the instructions, the organizer is also entitled to terminate the drive immediately, without refunding the drive fee to the participants.
12. Under no circumstances are public drivers allowed in thepaddock, thepit lane area, or near the pit wall.
13. The passenger driving in the car must be of legal age. For minors, prior written consent from a legal guardian to attend as a passenger in the car must be provided to AMD on a specific date or dates within the drive.
14. The participant is required to submit to a random alcohol breath test upon request. Anyone who fails to comply with the conditions set out in the “Agreement for the Provision of a Racecourse for Individual Riding Performance” will not be admitted to the racecourse.
15. The maximum capacity of the track for public drives is 45 cars per stint.
16. Participants must follow the Visiting Rules.
17. Due to bad weather, AMD has the right to cancel any date for the drive / ride, mentioned in paragraph 1.1., or to prevent the participant from driving/riding, and to suggest to the participant that they move or complete the ride at another time. AMD also has the right to interrupt or terminate any session without compensation due to bad weather, a sudden event on the track, an accident and/or liquidation of the consequences of an accident or similar cases that make driving impossible or lead to a reduction in safety on the Racing Circuit. Those cases of not allowing or preventing a drive/ride are not a breach of this agreement by AMD and the participant does not have any rights or claims against AMD as a result. The parties expressly agree that bad weather, impassability of the track, accidents and/or liquidation of the consequences of the accident are circumstances excluding liability for the performance or non-performance of this contract are circumstance excluding liability for the performance or non-performance of this contract according to § 2913 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code (so-called force majeure).

Red flag

The stint has been stopped. Everyone must slow down considerably and get to the exit place close to the winners’ podium (always in the direction of the drive).

Yellow flag

Danger. Everyone must slow down and get ready to stop. Overtaking is prohibited until a green flag emerges.
